Welcome to Ritmix ("we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by Zolvi AI Group. By purchasing from or using ritmix.co (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Ritmix provides personalized AI-generated songs as digital products. After purchase, you provide details about the recipient and occasion through an intake form. We create a custom song and deliver it as an MP3 file along with a shareable digital gift card link, within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form.

2. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to ours. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes where required by law.

3. Delivery

Songs are delivered via email within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods. If you have not received your song within 48 hours of submitting your intake form, contact us at hello@ritmix.co.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Playing the song privately for yourself, family, and friends
• Sharing the digital gift card link with the intended recipient
• Using the song in personal social media posts with credit to Ritmix

You may not resell, sublicense, or use the song for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Ritmix.

5. Refunds & Revisions

We want you to love your song. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one revision or a full refund at your choice. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information in intake forms
• Attempt to reverse engineer or reproduce our production process

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet every expectation. Our refund policy covers cases where you are genuinely unsatisfied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritmix and Zolvi AI Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
