We want you to love your song. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a free revision or a full refund, your choice.
Our Commitment
Every song we create is personalized specifically for you. We take quality seriously. If the song doesn't feel right, we're not done yet.
Eligibility for a Refund or Revision
You are eligible for a refund or free revision if:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your song
- The song does not reflect the details you submitted in the intake form
- You are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality or style
- The song was not delivered within 48 hours of completing the intake form
How the Revision Works
If you choose a revision, we'll ask you what you'd like changed and create a new version. We offer one free revision per song. The revised song will be delivered within 24 hours of your revision request.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@ritmix.co with:
- Your order number (found in your Paddle receipt)
- Whether you'd prefer a revision or a full refund
- A brief note on what didn't meet your expectations (helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Cases where the song accurately reflects the intake form details provided, and a revision has already been completed
- Failure to submit the intake form within 30 days of purchase (the order will be considered abandoned)
